OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
From time to time you may come across an "out of stock" item on our website meaning it has sold out and the replacement stock has not yet arrived. If you want to order that particular item, please feel free to contact us and we will inform you when it arrives back in stock.
We do everything possible to ensure a secure risk free purchase. We do not store any card details as all payment transactions are handled by PayPal on their secure servers. Payments can be made by either credit / debit card or PayPal account.
If your parcel has arrived damaged you must return it to us and get in touch with us to let us know. We will contact you as soon as possible to rectify the situation. Please note: the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

We offer a no quibble 14 days return on items that are not suitable.
Please note: due to health and safety reasons, unless damaged we can not offer refunds for earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please return all items in their original packaging ie. in the box - if one was supplied - or organza pouch, stating the reason for the return.
